[News] SS501’s Park Jung Min almost debuted as a Super Junior member?

SS501's Park Jung Min made a guest appearance on Mnet's "Beatles Code" on 27th January. He revealed some of pre-debut photos, and also shared a shocking pre-debut story as well!
“I was scouted by an agency in the middle of the street when I was 13 years old. At the time, I was casted into both DSP Media and SM Entertainment."
“I had to choose between one or the other. At the time, SM told me that they were preparing a new group, but that the group consisted of many members. Thinking about it now, it was probably Super Junior. I saw them rehearsing, too.”
And when he was asked for the reason on choosing DSP Media over SM Entertainment, Park Jung Min answered, “I thought about wanting to see myself on TV and believed that I’d be able to debut faster through DSP Media, which was what influenced my decision.”
He also revealed various pictures from his pre-debut days. MC Yoon Jong Shin quickly spotted a CF Park Jung Min had done for condoms. He asked, "Are you not embarrassed seeing it now?”
Park Jung Min confidently replied, “Not at all. It was an advertisement advocating a message of safe sex. I’m actually satisfied.”

F.CUZ REVEAL “WANNA BE YOUR LOVE” MV

F.Cuz have always been a group on the brink. People would label them a failure group and think they are completely eclipsed by groups like SHINee or Big Bang. Well F.Cuz have been working very hard on changing the minds of every critic and they made a huge leap forwards with the release of their second mini album, Gorgeous.
There was a big of confusion when the mv teaser for the title track Midnight Sun was incredibly raunchy and the whole video wasn’t, but regardless, the song was met with a positive reception for it’s addictive vocals and dark imagery in the MV.
The group have decided to not become stuck in one concept for the album, instead they are intent on showing us the many facets of the group. They have attempted this with the new MV for their song 친구졸업(Wanna be your Love.)
As you will see from the video, this new MV couldn’t be further from Midnight Sun but it is no less stunning in my opinion. It makes me feel festive seeing their christmas sweaters, and they’re outfits in general are nothing short of adorable. It reminds me of a similar move from BEAST moving from the darkSoom to the bright and cheerful imagery of Beautiful. A very good comparison in my eyes!
I think this was a smart move by F.Cuz. They want to enter the ranks of the top echelon and by showing two opposite sides of the group it gives fans more to talk about, more to see, and they can base future projects on reactions. We could see a powerful and dark F.Cuz in the future, or they could steer towards a lovable group.
Either way, F.Cuz have shown us that they are going to work hard and give us something new with every release. This new music video has gotten me excited about what to expect from them next!

about my oppa "jang geun suk"

  • Name Jang Geun-Suk / Jang Geun-Seok
  • Hangul: 장근석
  • Birthdate: August 4, 1987
  • Birthplace: South Korea
  • University: Hanyang University
  • Height: 182 cm
  • Blood type: A
  • Jang Geun-Suk was born on August 4, 1987 in Danyang County, Chungcheongbuk Province, South Korea. He is the only child in his immediate family. At the early age of six, Geun-seok started to work as a child model. His work as a child model came about by a fortuitous event. When his parents were selling their home, a perspective buyer came to their house who worked as a talent agent. When he saw young Jang Geun-Suk at the house, he advised his parents that Geun-seok should work as model. [1]
Jang Geun-Suk made his acting debut four years later in the 1997 HBS sitcom "Selling Happiness" (Haengbokeul Pabmoda). He then continued to work in television as a child actor. In middle school, Geun-Suk heard the music of Japanese pop singer singer Ken Hirai & Japanese rock band L'Arc-en-Ciel. He was inspired enough by these bands to start learning the Japanese language by himself. In junior high school, Geun-seok went to school in New Zealand to learn English & Japanese. Because of his studies in New Zealand, he can carry casual conversations in both languages.[2] Even though Geun-Suk wanted to continue his studies in New Zealand, a job offer brought him back to South Korea. Geun-Suk landed a role in the popular MBC sitcom "Nonstop 4." After his work in Nonstop 4, Geun-Suk fell into a self-perceived slump and didn't think his acting was good enough. He decided then to re-devote himself to becoming a true actor.[3] In 2005, Geun-Suk's portrayal of the president's son in the SBS drama "Lovers in Prague" became a hit and was well regarded by drama fans.
In 2006, Geun-Suk made the jump to the big screen in the Japanese horror film "One Missed Call Final." Using his past experience with the Japanese language, Geun-Suk was able to communicate with his Japanese co-stars with no problems. He also learned sign language for the prior three months in preparation for his role as a deaf boy in "One Missed Call Final". His next role was back on the small screen with the KBS2historical drama "Hwang Jin-yi." Geun-Suk's performance in "Hwang Jin-yi" did gain the attention of many female fans. The following year in 2007, Geun-Suk was casted in the rock music themed film "The Happy Life." His portrayal of Hyeon-ju in "The Happy Life" allowed Geun-seok to show off his masculine charms, as well as display his skills as a singer. Geun-Suk would go on to play in two more music inspired titles in 2008, with the feature film "Doremifasolasido" and the MBC TV drama "Beethoven Virus."
Geun-Suk's next role in the 2009 thriller "The Case of Itaewon Homicide" marked the first time Geun-Suk performed as a villain. The film is based on a true story of a murder that occurred at a Burger King restaurant in Itaewon, South Korea.
